Excellent, and helpful

Even though Dr. Leigh has a TON of free content on her YouTube channel, she was able to synthesize a lot of it in practical and engaging ways. And as she stated in the beginning of her book, her courage to push back against Big P*rno is very admirable. Highly recommend this book.
