It was too wordy and too lengthy to read almost 400 pages. Returned and quit cold turkey instead!! I wanted results NOW not as long as it would take to read that book.

Save your money. Basically a conspiracy book about nothing. After reading this it's obvious that the whole book is one big hoax and not worth the time. It's no wonder either that Mercola has been banned on every media platform for fraudulent claims.

The important information is printed so light grey that even with a flashlight I can NOT make it out. For this reason I am unable to read the book so itis really almost useless.

Very uninspired and felt lazy and obligatory instead of moving this forward. Total bummer

There was some good stuff in it about testosterone, but all the rest was very short and superficial. I felt the author was slinging around scientific words without truly understanding them. The whole book seemed more like a long article intended to make you buy his other dating book.

Outdated information
